Learning Lab on Facebook

As an extension to the Learning Lab we’ve set up a Facebook group - swansealearninglab. It’s an open group so anyone with a Facebook account can join. If you don’t have or don’t want an account, you can still see the discussions and other activity without signing in.

In the group you can -

• use the Discussion Board
• comment on the Comment Wall
• see details up upcoming events Events - you'll need to sign for this.
• share links
• upload videos

Google has announced Google Friend Connect a way of incorporating aspects of social networking into any site.

The blurb says that Google Friend Connect allows you to 'add social features to your website....get more people engaging more deeply'.
