What would you like to see in your community?

The concept behind the Learning Lab is to build up a community of e-learning practitioners throughout the University, which includes academics librarians, IT staff, support staff, learning technologists etc. According to Etienne Wenger communities of practice are at their best when the community is driven by the community members themselves. So, how would you like the Learning Lab community to develop? At the moment the community is supported by this site (with its mix of news and information, blog, wiki and podcasts), e-learning and cakes and the lunch and learn sessions. Is there anything you would like to do or see that isn't part of the community?
