Event ALT-C 2007 - Beyond Control

The 2007 ALT-C conference entitled 'Beyond Control Learning: Technology for the social network generation' takes place at Nottingham University from 4-6th September 2007.

The conference has four themes -

• Learning and internationalisation
• Learning technology for the social network generation
• Designing learning spaces
• Large-scale implementation

The keynote speakers include -

• Dr Peter Norvig - Director of Research, Google
• Dr Micjelles Selinger - Education Strategist, Cisco Systems.
• Professor Sir Colin Campbell - Vice Chancellor of the university of Nottingham
